NOVATRACK

NOVATRACK is a highly pigmented 100% acrylic polymer concentrate, filled with colored EPDM rubber for use on new asphalt, or over existing color surfaces including Latex and S.A.R. tracks.

Application shall be done with a neoprene rubber squeegee or with a spray apparatus capable of spraying rubber filled granules suspended in acrylic binder. Asphalt must be completely cured (30 days) prior to applying NOVATRACK.

Ideal for making an older track look new, or to be used on new construction, NOVATRACK provides a low cost alternative to urethane and other track systems.

DILUTION 2 parts Novatrack to 1 part water
SPREADING RATE 60 - 70 sq. ft. per gallon per coat (squeegeed)
80 - 90 sq. ft. per gallon per coat (sprayed)
0.12 - 0.15 gallons per sq. yd., per coat (squeegeed)
0.10 - 0.11 gallons per sq. yd., per coat (sprayed)
COLOR Black, Blue, Green, Red
TYPICAL APPLICATION 2 - 3 coats
PACKAGED QUANTITY 5 gallon pail, 30 gallon drum, 55 gallon drum
WEIGHT 11 lbs per gallon

Minimum Application Temperature is 50°F and rising.

Application is with either Model #2025 grooved ASG neoprene rubber squeegee or with approved cushion spray pump.

Not to be used on concrete running tracks

NOVATRACK is not hazardous and is free of lead, mercury, asbestos and formaldehyde.
